We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. You agree to pay the final price for the merchandise in your order at the time that your order is submitted, as well as delivery fees for the shipping of your choice.
We reserve the right to accept, decline or cancel your order for any reason.
Please carefully review your information prior to finalizing your purchase. This includes name, address, email, and the contents within your order. If your address is wrong, please contact us ASAP to remedy the situation. Unfortunately, once a shipping label has been created, it cannot be undone, so please review your information before submitting.
Orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days, barring any delays due to holidays or unforeseen circumstances. After the label is created, you will receive a tracking number for your order. All orders include tracking.
Arrival time for packages can range between 3-5 days for domestic orders, and 2-3 weeks for international orders. If you have any issues with your order, contact us with your order number, and we’ll do our best to help resolve any issues.
Please check your tracking number on the USPS (United States Postal Service) website. If the tracking number has not updated within 3-4 business days, please contact us.
If your order is not correct, or arrived damaged, we want to do our best to make it right. Please contact us with your order number, and the issue.
All sales on Atomize are final and we do not accept returns. If your item has arrived damaged, or it is not the correct item, please contact us. Due to the limited nature of all items on Atomize, you may not cancel or change the items within your order once it has been submitted and completed.
